Giving you those priceless moments captured in time that take you back to how your wedding day actually ‘felt’ - evoking all the raw emotion, moments of intimacy, laughter and tears of joy on the day!
I love weddings with a passion; they’re such fun, happy and unique occasions, celebrating the loving bond between two people. And each person has their own unique background and history, quirks and nuances, so no day is the same and each event is filled with fun and happiness just waiting to be documented.
The job (for want of a better word!) that I hold close to my heart is to capture your wedding day, your unique story, those intimate magical moments that make your day ‘YOURS’ and no one else’s. It’s truly an honour to be invited to discreetly cover these momentous events and be a fly on the wall; I’d like to be thought of as a friend with a camera who blends in with your wedding party taking pictures off the cuff and I feel truly privileged to be part of this!
I’m unobtrusive, won’t take over the day or try and steal the show. And what’s more I’ve covered so many weddings over the years I now know exactly what to expect and don’t get phased or stressed out working well under pressure and have even been told I have a calming effect by brides who have loved my tips and re-assurance on the day.
I love creating fun, natural looking images, documenting those spontaneous moments you don’t even see as you’re so busy enjoying yourselves along with creative wedding portraiture with that wow factor to give you the perfect balance!
I’m a Yorkshire Wedding Photographer based in Leeds with bases also in London, Manchester and Cheshire, Sheffield, Oxfordshire and Berkshire, Surrey and Devon but I can (and do) travel all over the country and also destinations abroad.
