Creative bridal portraits at Eaves Hall

I’m not one to be able to sit indoors twiddling my thumbs during this pandemic and always looking at ways of being more creative and finding new techniques to achieve that next level WOW factor of style and creativity.

I love capturing natural reportage weddings but also have a craving for taking those one to one shots with the bride and groom that make the day’s coverage extra unique and special.

I took the following images on a lighting workshop given by the amazing Neil Redfern, who’s been a major inspiration to my work and creativity especially through the corona lockdown period.

We all met up at Eaves Hall near Clitheroe, Lancashire a few weeks back and had a full on day having fun with Demi and James posing as bride and groom for the day. Such an outstanding wedding venue and highly recommended for after the lockdown eases up for holding your wedding at.

I think my favourite image of all is the sunset one below which was infact taken in pitch black darkness; which is very re-assuring for those brides and grooms that aren’t lucky enough to have a real sunset! I can set this up after your meal so you can sneak outside and get this :)

Like I say, you can’t beat natural reportage wedding photography coverage but the odd set up shot in my opinion is invaluable to have in your wedding photography collection.

If you’re planning your wedding for 2021 or even the year after do get in touch via my whatsapp icon below to the right.

Have a safe lockdown and see you on the other side!
